We have strengthened our Luxury Living portfolio with the acquisition of a £15m luxury holiday lodge project in Scotland; a 17.5-acre site in Drumnadrochit, on the shores of Loch Ness.
This strategic purchase aligns with our ongoing mission to grow our real estate portfolio and capitalise on the increasing demand for high-end holiday lodges in sought after destinations across the UK.
The development will include the construction of 30+ luxury two, three, and four bedroom lodges that will be ready before the end of 2025.
