The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for onboarding new clients and suppliers, adhering to stringent due diligence and performing reviews in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations or as set by internal policies and procedures.
Reports directly to: Onboarding Executive
Responsibilities
- The Onboarding Administrator will support the full ownership of the onboarding of new clients
- Complete due diligence on new clients; this will entail performing and recording the results of searches and sanction checks
- Adhere to the company’s compliance procedures
- Managing all Anti Money Laundering requirements and proactively resolve ad-hoc queries related to complex aspects of AML analysis
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients and introducers
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date
- Participate in Quality Assurance
- Process courier services
Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a financial background, real estate or property management
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, internet search engines
