About the Opportunity
The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for onboarding new clients and suppliers, adhering to stringent due diligence and performing reviews in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations or as set by internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- The Onboarding Administrator will support the full ownership of the onboarding of new clients.
- Complete due diligence on new clients; this will entail performing and recording the results of searches and sanction checks.
- Adhere to the company’s compliance procedures.
- Managing all Anti Money Laundering requirements and proactively resolve ad-hoc queries related to complex aspects of AML analysis.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients and introducers.
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date.
- Participate in Quality Assurance.
- Process courier services.
