Operations Business Support Assistant Job Description

Reports to: Operations Support Manager

Purpose:

As the company’s Operational Business Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Team and the Operations Support Manager with workstreams, projects, and administration to be undertaken as instructed by the CEO and Senior Management Team linking in with relevant teams internally across the business as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Operations Support Manager to include but not limited to:
  • Support with admin tasks for projects.
  • Support with workstream/projects weekly updates.
  • Support with facilitating meetings as and when the need arises.
  • Ad Hoc Operational Support across internal departments: Compliance, Projects, Marketing, & Finance
  • Full responsibility for the Company stationary from ordering, through to costings with suppliers.
  • Furniture ordering
  • Rijo42 Supplies
  • IT equipment
  • Milk delivery, and stocking of milk.
  • Support manager with building maintenance.
  • Support manager with H&S issues.
  • General administration duties as requested by management.
  • PA Duties to chairman
  • Out-of-hours emergency contact
  • Liaise with cleaners & reception.
  • Deputise for Operations Support Manager
