About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to take ownership of creating all marketing materials for our diverse portfolio, including lodge parks and commercial units. 

 

This is a dedicated, hands-on role where you will manage each project from start to finish, crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with buyers and drive sales.

 

You’ll work directly on creating content and campaigns, with support from our wider marketing team for graphics and other resources as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate units, including lodge park units, commercial spaces, and other properties.
  • Create all marketing materials from scratch—everything from brochures and digital ads to sales presentations and property descriptions.
  • Oversee marketing projects from cradle to grave, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team for graphic design support and campaign insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective, polished materials.
  • Analyse campaign success and optimise future initiatives based on insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Proven background in real estate marketing is essential, preferably with direct involvement in property sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Hands-On Approach: You’re a true “hands-on” marketer, not just overseeing a team, you thrive on doing the work yourself.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to completion whilst keeping key stakeholders up to date.
  • Creative & Strategic: Able to translate market insights into creative campaigns and effectively position properties in the marketplace.
  • Collaborative: Comfortable working independently, while also engaging effectively with the wider marketing team for support when needed.

Office location

Please be aware that this role is fully based at our Southport Office and is 37.5 hours per week and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas of Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool. Hybrid or remote working is not offered.
