About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively seeking new partners and revenue for the company and effectively identify and convert lead opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain new relationships with introductory partners.
  • Conduct sales meetings with prospective introductory partners.
  • Chase outstanding enquiries and paperwork on investments.
  • Attend sales team meetings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospective clients, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, maintain, and deliver an account management plan for each of the Intermediaries in your business area.
  • Follow all operation and due diligence procedures.

The role will consist of sourcing local and international partners to introduce them to our products and services.

 

You will be working with the Strategic Partner Manager to establish new business by way of locating new partners and booking appointments.

Job Role

  • Identify target markets and develop opportunities.
  • Seek out the relevant contacts to approach.
  • Arrange and attend face to face meetings.
  • Develop and manage a strong and growing forward sales pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

  • A successful Strategic Partner Consultant will have plenty of experience within the financial services / investment industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of being able to work independently.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both investors and partners
  • Natural, professional sales skills.
  • Resourceful, resilient.
  • An excellent communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills.
  • Full driving licence.
  • PC literate / MS Office (PowerPoint / Word / Excel).
  • An ambitious ‘hunter’ with a fearless attitude.

Office location

Please be aware that this role is fully based at our Southport Office and is 37.5 hours per week and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas of Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool. Hybrid or remote working is not offered.
