About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Accountant to join our company.

In your role as a Chartered Accountant As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional financial services and advice to our wider teams and board of directors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and contribute to the achievement of our business goals.

Collaboration will be key as you work closely with the wider accounts team,

Key responsibilities:

  • Xero Software
  • Recording of inter company
  • Transactions
  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Completion of VAT returns
  • Preparation of End of Year
  • Accounts to trial balance
  • Interaction with companies external accountants
  • Ability to present figures to the board in an informative manner
  • Ability to review bank reconciliation of the accounts team

What we expect from you

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • ACA / ACCA qualified
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a chartered accountancy practice or relevant industry. Experience in auditing, taxation, and financial reporting is essential.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, financial modeling, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance tasks. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
