About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Accountant to join our company.
In your role as a Chartered Accountant As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional financial services and advice to our wider teams and board of directors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and contribute to the achievement of our business goals.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with the wider accounts team,
Key responsibilities:
- Xero Software
- Recording of inter company
- Transactions
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Completion of VAT returns
- Preparation of End of Year
- Accounts to trial balance
- Interaction with companies external accountants
- Ability to present figures to the board in an informative manner
- Ability to review bank reconciliation of the accounts team
What we expect from you
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a chartered accountancy practice or relevant industry. Experience in auditing, taxation, and financial reporting is essential.
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, financial modeling, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations is crucial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance tasks. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
