As Onboarding Manager you will play a critical leadership role in the company. As a strong people person and leader, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and the Investment Director.

Main Duties:

  • AML transaction monitoring – Using ABC framework and supporting onboarding staff with complex queries and escalation routes.
  • Dealing with complex in house queries otherwise unable to be answered by onboarding and administrative staff.
  • Management of the Investment Team.
  • Conducting 121’s and alignment meetings with investment team leaders, strategic partner manager and investment director.
  • Process interpretation, reviewing current strategies of processes and ensure a seamless process is put in place.
  • Establishing proposals for team initiatives, process change or policy framework.
  • Support with client transfers and monitoring account management.
  • Conducting interviews and driving recruitment strategy in the investments team.
  • Oversight of general departmental management (e.g. Stock, attendance, annual leave cover)
  • Performance reviews through the use of Key performance Indicators and Quality Assurance management.
  • Generation of Standard Operating Procedures in the investments department and review of strategy from senior investment team members.
  • General admin responsibilities for compliance systems including refinitive and smart search.
  • Direct report link to investments Director; and support across business departments (such as marketing information, Compliance strategies and business support requirements.
  • Ensuring a key employee wellbeing and employee work ethic balance within the team (e.g., through strategies like team building and KPI’s).
  • Overseeing approval queues in email inbox to ensure quality of emails is being reviewed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success of managing a team.
  • Educated to degree level, though business studies, management, statistics, finance, mathematics, accounting or economics or similar professional qualification.
  • You must haver 5+ years of Management experience from a financial, banking, or customer services background.
